1. Holiday arrangements

The Dragon Boat Festival holiday is from June 8 to June 10, 2024 (UTC+8), a total of 3 days, of which the warehouse and distribution department will be on vacation from June 9 to June 10, 2024, for 2 days. To avoid logistics delays during holidays, we recommend that you arrange the goods in advance. During this period, the warehouse and distribution department will arrange personnel on duty according to business needs. To ensure that your orders and packages are not affected, please make arrangements in advance. The cut-off time for different routes is different. You can also continue to visit the Cnstorm website or log in to the App, and use the product order submission and package forwarding services normally. We will resume normal operations on June 11 (UTC+8).

2. Duty Arrangement

The duty personnel will remain online 24 hours a day to answer user questions and handle emergency matters at any time.
