As New Year's Day approaches, and according to the national statutory holidays and the actual situation of the company, the New Year's Day holiday notice is hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday Arrangement

The New Year's Day holiday is January 1, 2025 (UTC+8), for a total of 1 day. During this period, the warehouse and distribution department will arrange personnel on duty according to business needs to ensure that your orders and packages are not affected. Please make arrangements in advance. The cut-off time for different routes is different. During this period, you can continue to visit the Cnstorm website or log in to the App, and use the product order submission and package forwarding services normally. We will resume normal operations on January 2 (UTC+8).

2. Duty Arrangement

Based on the principle of "not affecting normal production and operation, and serving customers to the maximum extent", a duty team will be assigned to be responsible for the company's core business during holidays. The duty personnel will remain online 24 hours a day to answer user questions and handle emergency matters at any time.
