1. The points support offsetting overseas international shipping costs, and do not support offsetting shipping costs to domestic/Hong Kong/Taiwan/Macau regions. They do not support offsetting when domestic/international shipping costs need to be supplemented.
2. Points and coupons can be used at the same time.
3. Points payment shall not exceed 10% of the actual settlement freight amount of each package order, and the available amount shall be rounded up.
For example: the shipping fee for international parcels is 158 yuan, the part of the shipping fee that can be deducted by points is 15.8 yuan, (rounded) 16 yuan;
4. After the package is submitted, if you cancel the package, the points used by the package waybill will be returned to your account.
5. If the package is returned due to domestic customs, the used points will be returned; if the package is returned due to foreign customs, the used points will not be returned.
6. Points can be used accumulatively, and will take effect from the date of issuance, and will be valid until the end of the next year, and will be automatically invalidated if the time limit expires.
For example: points earned on January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 are valid until December 31, 2019.
7. Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The accumulated points cannot be transferred to others.
